Does anyone know a place that always delivers games early? I have heard a website called shopto.net delivers 1 or 2 days early?

I am not sure if you mean the "download" option or the regular games. But I found it's download(cd key) prices higher than other websites. There are many others who offer key preorders at descent prices and I think they deliver before the actual launch date but you can check.
I used a website called g2a to buy a couple of games and it was legit and cheap.

Let me guess, you want COD Advanced Warfare early, right? Find a tiny shop that isn't related to big name game stores like Gamestop. Then ask for it and tell them you will pay $5-$10 extra and they will give it to you probably.
