I feel sorry for you for going with Amazon. I got my ghost copy a week late. I would cancel if I was you.

It really depends as sometimes they start dispatching saturday or friday. I got mw3 from amazon and b02 and they both came 1day late, i think its because as so many people have brought it there is not enough mailmen to get it on time. But like i said if depends on when they send it. If they send early friday you will have it early monday. if they send late friday night or satuday the chances you will get on tuesday.

A game as big as Call of Duty, you have a chance of receiving it late.

The game still has a little more than a week before release. It is not a bad sign if shipping hasn't started yet. The shipping speed you chose will determine when the shipping process will start.

If you must own the game day 1 then take the time to go to a local retailer selling the game and pre-order there.

Pre-ordered
Guaranteed delivery by: Monday, November 3, 2014 by 8pm

Amazon says they guarantee day one pre-ordered video games. I trust them.
