So I share my PC/Steam account with my brother *Completely irrelevant*
But he managed to get us a global banning.. And refuses to own up to it and explain why he got us it. So I was wondering.. is their a way to bypass it? Or a way to redeem myself to be aloud to play the game again..
If there is anyway I am pretty much willing to do anything to be aloud to play the game again..

Fairly sure you can make a new steam and buy it again and it will let you play. Not 100% sure though.

You can't be unbanned from these types of bans.
You'll have to make a steam account and not share it with your "brother" this time.

More than likely, your "brother" was using exploits or cheats for the game. Steam doesn't ban without a reason.

But does anyone know if this actually works? and I have few question I need to be asked now..
So;
1. If I did make a new account and re bought it, will that defiantly work?
2. If it will work, will I have to re-download the game?
3. If I make a new account, what do I do with the games on my current account, will they still work, or do I gotta re buy them aswell ?

Regardless if you asked for the cheats or not, I'll answer your questions.
1. That will work.
2. If the game is already installed you will not have to reinstall it with another account (as long as you are on the same computer)
3. The games will not transfer over, unless you family share, which will bring games over. You cannot play games like CS:GO online though. (team fortress 2, garrys mod, and dota 2 work for sure.)
4. I'd recommend reinstalling on your new account because your "brother" downloaded cheats/hacks/exploits and that's what got you banned, so the cheat files will still be within the game files.
