S i modded my character to op18 and when ever I join a game it seems to glitch out and not allow me to equip anything modded. It also fixes my modded skill tree. Xbox 360 thanks in advance.

I'm not a expert on the OP weapons/equipment on TPS but does the OP equipment work when you are hosting the game or when your playing alone?

I'm guessing because OP equipment isn't part of the game (yet). That's why it's acting up.

The OP system only works when you are host.
