Hey, I've been investing in a new desktop for a while now and I think its time i finally get one.

I wanted to see if this pc is good for emulators. Mainly PCSX2 and DOLPHIN. I still play a lot of games from steam like Naruto Ultimate Ninja Storm Revolution, Borderlands The Pre-Sequel, Cod BO2, etc.. I just need to see if i can run these games perfectly and in good quality of course.

heres the pc: [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]

That PC should play those games fine and do everything you want, but you will be much better off building a PC, because you can spend $573.24 ($673.23 including windows 7 home premium) on parts to build a PC and you will get better performance than the PC you provided a link to-

you will have to buy an operating system so windows 7 home premium is a good choice ($99)-

and you can install windows without a disk by using a USB flash drive, but that requires another computer with a disk drive so it may be easier to buy a disk drive to install windows using the included disc($20)-

it has the same parts as the PC you linked in the post but you also get an SSD, A nice case, and a newer graphics card (GTX 750) which is slightly better than the GTX 650 which is in the PC you provided a link to, and save $156.75(with disk drive, 136.75) ($56.76 including the price of windows 7 and disk drive).

now you may say, I don't have a keyboard or mouse to use, so that is why I want to buy the pre-built PC because it comes with them. here is your answer to that-

Now it's not the greatest keyboard and mouse, but it should work much better than the keyboard and mouse that are provided with the pre-built PC. But of course you can always look at other Keyboard/Mice if you don't like these.

Now the total after windows, parts, disk drive, and keyboard/mouse, your total is:
$723.22 (shipping prices not included)

Total without Keyboard and mouse combo (if you already have a Keyboard/mouse you can use)
$693.23(shipping price not included)

So in the end you could save up to- $76.76(without Keyboard/mouse combo and disk drive)
or
$26.77(with Keyboard/mouse combo and dvd drive)
or
56.76 (without keyboard/mouse, with Disk drive)

And if you don't think you can build a PC, trust me you can, it is very simple. just look for tutorials on youtube to see how easy it really is-

with this left over $$$ you can use buy some games or you could look at better alternatives for a keyboard and mouse if you don't already have some, because the one's I linked are decent, but you might want to look into a mechanical keyboard, much better for gaming (they get expensive, but if you are able to spend $900 check out some better keyboard/mice).
or
you could also look at better parts combos because if you can spend $900 you can see if you can get a better processor, high capacity SSD or Hard drive, better graphics card, more RAM, etc.

Look at what other users post to see what they think as well.

you can look at more parts combos from newegg here-

now if you just really don't want to build a PC, just get that one but you could get a better PC and save money by building it yourself.

Hope this helped!

if my math is incorrect, please tell me nicely, Thanks!
