I doubt you can even get that thing street legal. I'm not a bike expert, but 50cc wouldn't get you up to most road speeds.
Assuming that it can be made street legal, you need much more than a motorcycle license to drive it on the road. It also needs a street kit on it, adds some safety features like indicators, mirrors, etc.

if you're in the UK which im hoping, you have to take a CBT first before you can legally ride on the road.
So really no, you're not allowed to ride a motorcycle unfortunately
I would recommend waiting 1 more year so you can buy a 125cc motorbike instead of getting a 50cc as you're going to be stuck at like 30mph all the time which isnt fun.
Age 16 - Moped (category P) riders are limited to a 50cc scooter and no faster than 50KPH (31mph), you will need a CBT first.

What about a 2 stroke eninge though? It would make it to like 55mph wouldnt it?

You still wouldn't be able to ride it due to it being a motorcycle and you being 16.
You being 16, you can only ride up to a 50cc scooter and nothing else.
Technically you would be riding illegally if you do buy it.
Thats why I said wait a year so you can buy a 125cc motorcycle which will have much more power that a 50cc.
Also I would recommend not to buy a Chinese since most of they're parts are horribly made and most mechanics will not touch them.
