-Gabber- wrote Honestly anyone one wants to be a programmer, etc..it may sound appealing but it's hard out there. There's already so many programmers in the world. Everyone in the IT world is a programmer.

If you decide to go with it, learn a LOT on your own. A degree may sound like the finish line, but it's really the start of a race (that's with any degree/major, but especially in the IT scene since it's so impacted)

I hope you realise that goes with any job, that's like saying don't go for at ____ because there are already people there trying to work their way up.
Sure, thousand of programmers.. also thousands of office workers, tradesmen...
Everyone is trying to work their way up and get that better income and suceed, just because someone is already trying before you start, doesn't mean you can't beat them to the finish.

I definitely said that goes with any major/degree. I'm just saying from personal experience. I live around the Silicon Valley (Google, Apple, Etc) and around here that's all there is.

At first glance it sounds like you're a spy, but it's really not like that at all.

I would imagine that MLB would be extremely tough to get into, and you would have to be extremely good at baseball... Good luck with that if thats what you plan to pursue.

As for myself, I have my bachelors degree in film production from Fullsail University in florida, and am currently working on contract with WB Studios with my specialty being camera operator. I also just recently got contracted to work on another movie starting in december, so thats exciting...

My goal is to one day direct my own feature length movie.

I've always had a passion for history and what of it still lies beneath our feet. Always had the dream of becoming an Archaeologist.

Well I am in my Last Year of school until I have to go to College and I am will be taking hopefully a course on Computer Science.

This course I have seen involves:
Game Design
HTML
etc.

I need a B In Maths, C in English and a C in Computer Science.
If all goes bad I would work with my dad.
He does Traffic Lights etc and is currently being trained to become a Manager at the company. Which is a huge income, but even the Traffic Lights role was bringing in a massive income for the family.
