The render of the girl in the middle looks quite nice and is a lot cleaner than some of the renders I have seen used.
As for the background of the sig, I feel it is overall too dark and some of the grain on the images is too intense to even see what it is.
Lastly, the reflection/bevel around the sig is not consistent all the way around and makes it look bad.
Not the worst, but not the best either.

Agreed with AR15, the render of the girl is perfect but all the stocks and cluttered stuff in the back just throw off the whole concept of the piece.

I disagree with the people above,
the background brings out the render with the color contrast. Tbh its kinda nice, not the hardest technique but it works.
Remove that bevel and emboss tho haha

I would remove the bevel and just have a black banner surrounding the signature. The background doesnt blend with the Render but the Render looks really good itself and the effects look good aswell. Try lessening up the effects and maybe even switching up the background style so it fits more with the render.
