I am a warlock at level 28. Question is can i create another warlock rank to 20 then switch over the level 28 armor to the level 20 to get him to level 28 also so then i can do the weekly, raid etc twice? Hope that makes sense.

You should be able to. I don't see why you couldn't unless you can't create 2 of the same character but I doubt they lock the raid account-wide.

Yeah I did this earlier, got my titan up to 20 then switched my gear and did the nightfall & weekly on 28.
