after messing with dif wire lengths on this falcon mobo i added length to the CPU_RST and FT6U7 everything was working fine until i put in the power cord and went to red light on brick and console wouldnt start. i checked the points and cant find anything bridged or traces broken everything looks fine and i cant find a problem any help?

Need to check the point of where the orange wire goes being you removed all the wires I am sure you lifted or desoldered the resistor and your pics do not show all your points also check the bottom side of the motherboard for any solder that may be touching

R3B15 is fine checked nothing lifted resistors fine it has to be a faulty PSU or something on back side is causing short
