Is anyone able to buy fifa points right now? I keep getting an error message saying unable to pay, and that the store is unavailable. anyone know how to fix this?

It's just a bug in the EA servers, Happens all the time to everyone,
In fact it just happened to me then, I just quit the game and re launch and it works fine.

should of gone onto fifa 14 purchased them there and then played fifa 15 and transferred them over i think that's what i'm going to do what i get the game tomorrow

You only had that one chance on the early access. if you have already done that on the early access then i advice you not to try it.
