Yosemite has not been officially released yet. It's still in the public beta phase.

It will be released later this fall. I have heard that it could possibly be released on October 22 (Mavericks was released on that day last year) but nothing is confirmed.

I guess you beat me to it.

I came back to say I was wrong on what I said earlier, Yosemite has not yet been released yet. Everyone got an OS X update, but it was no yet Yosemite. Sorry for the false information.
