Basic/generic tips:
  • A desktop PC needs a video card with two DVI, VGA, or HDMI ports.
  • If your monitor has a cable that doesn't match your PC, you can get an adapter to convert one type to another (for example, to help plug a DVI monitor into your VGA port or vice versa).

It kind of depends on what your PC has port wise, as well as what kind of monitors/cables you have.

The more information provided the better.

Unless you have two HDMI ports you can only hook up one to the HDMI.

I recommend doing one DVI-D which is the white adapter that connects to your computer and the HDMI will say HDMI on it.
