No, RAT stands for Remote Admin Tools. Once installed, the idiot who made the tool can do anything to your computer (watch you through webcam, watch your screen, control your computer, delete everything off of your HDD, etc.) If this is new to you go look on YouTube for "Dark Comet RAT". Trust me, you don't want this on your computer, I had to nuke mine because of it.

If everyone's really interested I'll update Desolation v2 to TU18. It really isn't that hard and the tool was open source.
