Explosive bullets are not even in the game(perk)

Unfortunately I have never seen any one do Explosive bullets for MW3 so I don't think your going to find much for that.

I dont think that there is a explosive offset, however you could get the offset for them AC-130's big gun and just call it "Explosive Bullets" lol

the offset for explosive bullets on mw3 for xbox hasnt been released so you are going to have to find it yourself

the only way to do explosive bullets in Mw3 is via editing the actual weapon(through GSC's)

Black Ops 2 is possible through this aswell as I've done it through CraigChrists GSC Loader

Nope there is a much easier way to do explosive bullets.
And that wouldn't be gsc. You could also getting it by weapon def editing

Yes there are since mw2. Not sure about Cod4...
