just download " LinkTunes" off cydia and then go into itunes and at the bottom there should be a thing where it says link tunes then just search a song and download it
-If this doesnt help just look it up on youtube they will have a better tutorial

Not from the Itunes store itself, but there are apps that can help you accomplish that, but you can just torrent it and drag your music into your phone into itunes.

Yes there is! It's called Linktunes.
