But you have to be reasonable... yes i know he didn't put his specs or a budget down...

But since he linked a monitor at around 120GBP... I think that's his budget. If not, that's fine...

Response time is generally not very important at 60 Hz unless you're talking well over 10 ms, which you won't usually get with current E-IPS monitors. You'll usually see 5-8 ms which is fine.

At higher refresh rates, it's more important. Better colors will help you more in game than slightly better refresh rate at 60 Hz. Budget IPS (or comparable panel type) is the ONLY good choice in this price range.
