So for a while now I have been buying iphones that (did not make it to the retailers) for the low and reselling them for a reasonable price. Is this illegal? I myself do not hit the shipments, I just buy the phones in bulk from people who do. Is this something I can get caught for or am I good? Really never thought about it but as being very much older now and having a stable job this is a good amount of money on the side for extra luxuries.

it should be all good as long as they arent replicas. all products that are legit and acquired properly is not illegal. so if the person you got them from stole them from a truck. then yes you could get sent to prison or a hefty fine for it

Then yes that is illegal, and it makes you an accomplice to the crime of theft.

Do you really need to ask us this question? You are selling stolen property. Of course it is illegal.

More of what I meant was basically how much they law cares about this. People who sell stolen clothes usually don't get bothered.
