With the latest Xbox.com re-model they don't give you an option to edit your information. Below is the link that will take you to the old account layout to make it possible again.

Not sure if many people know about this but enjoy. Also no character limit for your bio on Xbox.com

Can you change your gamertag with this link? I cant check because of being banned on xbox. Unlimited characters is good with me.

When i log in im unable to change my motto/bio also well im on my phone so its hard for me to find

If you just mad the account then yes you can change your name.

No, You cannot change your GT on a banned account.

I don't think you can do anything on a banned account anymore, You used to be able to view messages/friends but you can't now it just comes up with "It appears you have found a glitch". Maybe contact Xbox support if you have the funds to change it on the account.
