so im trying to install windows 7 via USB and it says it cannot install on my HDD because it doesnt recognize the format. This is because i had linux. so i need to erase my HDD so i go into command prompt and type Format C: then it says formatting 7600m which is the capacity of my USB. so im guessing because im booting from USB it thinks that is my C: drive and is erasing that, and when i tried to boot from my USB after this, it would not load. So basically im asking how do i erase my HDD when booting from USB....sorry if this is confusing
