How do you know he creating a RTM Tool?

Because he's made thousands of threads (slight exaggeration) in the past day asking people to add him on Skype to help him make one.

dude haha, how do expect to create a RTM/RTE Tool, do you have experience? and make sure you are using Visual Studio's it's a lot easier and i don't think you can use Visual Basic for making a RTM/RTE Tool
