I just changed from the router and suffered many problems from it and had to call Virgin multiple times before they actually did something which was changing it to like 2.5 Super Hub or something like that(Or so the Engineer said).

Although I never had this issue, I kept getting booted off by the router itself and had to reconnect all again every so often a day.

Best thing to recommend to do is most likely go onto the Super Hub Page & login and have look in wireless network settings and change about the operating channel and look into the security mode and device connectivity status on the hub as well and try restarting you know all the basic troubleshooting solutions but if that dont work just ask Virgin to replace asap.

Are these lights on?

Are they stable or flashing in a repetitive way?

That means you dont have internet coming into the modem

Is all the ethernet plugs plugged in at the back and coax cable screwed in tight?
