Yes all you have to do is go to theatre mode and load the xp glitch clip (can be found in the community section) and then go into a team tactical and kill yourself 3 times, while doing that you should be getting negative xp but that is apart of the glitch. Then wait until your host then back out and then you should have around 200,000 everytime. Just keep repeating it and you basically have unlimited cod points.

It will just put your cod points up to 200,000. It won't harm anything when doing so. Just don't prestige.
