Going to 60fps wont change a ton, but it will make more frames per second which means it will have less motion blur, and will be better for action shots and stuff.

The reason movies are able to be shot at 24fps is because it is different that a games fps. The human eye doesn't see in FPS, which is why 24 in a game looks like crap vs a movie at 24 fps looks fine.

heres an example of a game running in 24FPS the gameplay was jerky and horrible and the video shows this somewhat tho it looks better than playing it was.
