I need a overlay for twitch to put up on my channel when I'm offline..

I'd like it to say "Scraapy 84 is now offline" at the top then,

Actually I'd rather like a twitch banner that is 900x480 and I'd like it to say Scraapy 84 across the middle and thats it please.
