I just went to open a pack on web app, and it took my coins, but said 'no unassigned items'? I refreshed web app , to no avail. I purchased another one, and again, nothing, I checked my club and still nothing. Any explanation or way to get my money back?

your best bet would have to be contacting ea. Theyve been having ton of server issues so they should be able to help
