It's because they're trying to fit in with games.. They should stick with their usual layout.

Another note on this post its like halo gave tips them to "try" to make the game better lol

I agree. They should make one Call of Duty after Advanced Warfare. Make it back before World at War would have happened. Muskets and sh*t. Have the campaign end in one campaign and not have cliff hangers like Ghosts. Call of Duty has a couple more years before it dies. Destiny is gonna kill it when it comes out and I am sure there will be plenty more games that will kill it as well. I am looking forward to CoD dying.

Call of duty isn't dying.. are view on Call of duty which is the mods, youtube, trickshotting, etc is dying. you have to remember thats not even like 5% of the community.
call of duty is getting bigger and bigger we're just not most of the get online play campaign and play with your group of friends from school or work type of the community.
My group which i named up there.. that's definitely dying. Youtube will be done by the next 3 call of dutys and so will TheTechGame. You guys should've been here when Cod4 and Mw2 was at the prime. Thetechgame had such a different community. I just think the Outside attachments to call of duty are dying.

CoD needs to be a game that feels real. Visiting past wars. Past emotions and real events. Instead of this making stuff up and it feeling more of just a 'game'.

Your right all cods are dying, they are not fun anymore i ma getting bored of them.

I played ghosts 1 day and i absolutely despised it. the maps for 1 thing are terrible the balance is terrible for example the MSBS on release 1 bursting people left and right. the whole connection based system as well is annoying for people with bad connection. and even then i get about 90 down 15 up and i use an ethernet cable going straight to my xbox from my router yet i still get outgunned. Now before you say "oh you get outgunned because your just bad at the game". No i have been good at every COD since MW2 holding at least a 2 K/D which honestly isn't that hard but yet in ghosts i can barely hold a 1.50 K/D. So with that said the reason the series is going no where is because people are still forking over they're money to Activision and the COD devs. and then want to complain about the game being bad when they are the one who bought the game every year. As for Advanced Warfare i'm not getting it since it seems to be taking the futuristic turn once again. If we want a change in the COD franchise we need to stop pre-ordering the game and show them we want change in this shitty franchise/series because no matter how much we complain to them on social media they don't listen because they already have our money and made they're profit. I have went from COD to Minecraft on the PC because that i can play for a while and not get bored.
