If anyone can help me, I've been driving back and forth to both spawn locations for about an hour and I haven't found it. If you have a hearse they spawn immediately. So if anyone has a hearse and can helps out I would appreciate. I can rep you guys but that's the best I can do. I will not pay for this. Message me if you can help it will only take about 5 min.
