I have a budget of around $750 and this is what i came up with.

I also get a discount on it since it's from walmart and my mother works there so it'll end up being less then $700 as is. Any thoughts?

New link with updated GPU. I get a certain percentage discount so it'll probably end up around $740

Yes i was thinking about upgrading the GPU to a GTX 650. Much better build for only around $50 more. And i would build my own PC but my parents won't let me because of the fact that they think i'll screw it up somehow.. Even though there's a ton of videos on how to do it plus it'd be cheaper..

Stand your ground with your parents. Or just buy the parts stealth style and never tell them (that's if you have your own debit card).

Tried lol no one understands. Just going to start off small and upgrade when I get the money no big deal. It'll be able to handle medium graphics and stream most games that's all that matters.

don't give in.
My friend had the same issue and through sheer persistence, he was able to build it himself.
So your budget is $750, here is a build for the same price. Show the difference to your parents and say that this is the better system by far and that if you buy the pre-built, it will cost more as you will need to upgrade it sooner.

The problem with that one is that it comes with no monitor or OS. And the one i customized has both and i need them both.

It's $747, so around $7 more than what you'd be paying for this;

However, it's a better PC. Pre-builts are a joke. The build I suggest has an OS, monitor and an optical drive, as well as more powerful components. The monitor I suggested is also a better monitor. My suggested build has a much better GPU, a larger storage capacity, more powerful CPU, faster RAM, as well as 2x4GB instead of 4x2GB(which is stupid IMHO).
It seems apparent you don't want to build, but you really should. Tell your parents "It's my money and I should be able to decide what I do with my money." Then show them the pre-built and the build I suggested(or whichever build is best if someone else recommends one) and show them the differences, tell them how building one is much better value for money and tell them that pre-builts are a waste of money. You can throw the words "daylight" and "robbery" in there when you mention pre-builts if you wish because that's what they are.
