The mafia member that is getting to join the Mafia or known as (being made) gathers around a table with a group of the mafia members in a secret location where the family is sat down to meet there new brother.What you do at the initiation is the mafia boss grabs the finger of the new man and pricks it with a knife and lets it bleed over the card of a Saint or the Virgin Mary.
