There are no working duplication glitches to give cars to friends^^^^
But just keep looking you'll find one. Drive around ls in a muscle car for awhile. I used to see them all the time when I didn't want one but know that I'm looking for one they seem harder to get.

Try looking in the industrial areas of the map. They tend to spawn there quite often.

From what I know there's really no special place to find vehicles. They can be seen from time to time BUT most of the times they're at the industrial areas as said above. Goodluck ;)
