There is a high Ban possibility for trading modded cars and tunes, I Do not recommend it, It may be fun at first but when u get banned u loose ur privilege to use the auction house and store front which will ruin your forza experience and cant accept gifted cars.

Well so do i , but Turn 10 isn't the biggest fans of modders so yeah, Wouldnt really do it, I suppose having one modded car isnt bad but just dont pull it out in a public game.

Pictures in your storefront can also get you banned as they are proof of the actual mods...if you do get mods best to use them in private lobbys with trusted friends.

Yep I know crunch on xbox and he told me his friend got banned for his modded cars and bringing them out in a public lobby.

I got banned on my other account. It sucks. My heart sank when I saw the "Banned Message" flashing on the bottom of my screen. Banned until 2033. I guess I can play then, right?

The only reason you'll get banned from Forza itself, NOT Xbox Live, is if you have photos/videos on your storefront, a DEV or forum moderator sneaks into the game, or someone tattles on you with proof. You don't get banned from a game if complaints are filed on your profile; those only get your account suspended from XBL, or terminated if you've been suspended too many times. Me and a group of people that were always in rim trade lobbies all got banned the same day.
