does anybody know where or how to find the armoured trucks online I've searched everywhere with no result. is there a certain level you have to be before they spawn? any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I think you have to do Lester's missions for a while also be level 10 I believe, after that they will randomply pop up ;)

They start appearing at level 19, which is when you unlock sticky bombs as-well.
