That game got boring after awhile so i deleted it all the updates were for only townhall 10 so i stopped playing

Not all the update focus on town hall 10. The last update focused on heroes, which you can get one hero at TH 7, valks, which you can get at TH 8, etc.

You probably have to have a high townhall to upgrade those troops most likely

I'm a town hall 9 and I would say they are definitely imprcong the game IMO
