Most of the avatars are just simply masking an image to the logo.
If you actually make the design in one, they'd be a lot better.

The oil paint ones look nice.
But its basically just a filter on an image.
I'd suggest working on your text in those, too.
It doesn't really look like it fits well on any of them.

This is going to seem like I'm being rude and bashing you but what I'm saying here is to help progress you in your photoshop skills. So please don't take this the wrong way.

None of the resources are made by you besides text. It's just drag 'n' dropped overlays and stolen art work from the internet.

Sure it's neatly put together and looks pleasing, but you basically just positioned overlays and text and called it a day.

Try going out of your comfort zone and use the pen tool, shapes, brushes. Using others resources wont progress you in your photoshop skills.

Try doing some touch ups on a portrait of a model for fun, this will teach you to use brushes, burning, dodging, blurring, etc. Try doing photo manipulations but make sure you credit artists of work that you may use. This will teach you blending, pen tool, masking, composition. Draw something on paper, take a picture, and then pen tool it to make a cartoon. Make a forum signature. This will teach you smudging, lighting, blending, color correcting, etc.

There's potential here with you and with a lot of designers on youtube but they all waste their potential on dragging and dropping.
