The green light letting me know that the turtle beaches are on won't turn unless I have my wired scuf in. Then the green light will turn on. I can't use them unless they are plugged into a wired controller. PLEASE help

I don't have a wired controller, but mine work. Are you sure the USB part is plugged in?
