Can someone please help me on why my tools wont connect with offlline files i have hese in order xbdm xbl offline file jrpc xrpc then rpc PLEASE HELP

Put RPC as second and offline as first. Then the rest
Edit: sometimes the 4th or 5th plugin doesn't work, or it could be improper saving or the launch.ini. Check it again ;)
