so all my stats are maxed, im a 3pt specialist point guard so my 3pt shot is 96. But i have everything maxed and I still am not a 99 overall, i got 7 signature skills so idk why im not 99 overall..

Did you try nba legends training camp in play now
On my career if not buy all of them and they will boost your attributes it might work
