I have the patch project x V1 and burnt it to a disc and it always gets to 97 percent and stops and says the disc may be scratched. Ive burnt it 4 times and it did the same thing so i know it isnt scratched PLZ HELP!

your waw is probably scratched then or it is your laser. try cleaning both gently

it's your xbox.
it happens to me every time and then i went and tried it on my brothers and it worked first time

You might want to check all your settings over on IMGBurn and compare them to a tutorial on youtube, it just sounds like a bad burn.
If it was your Xbox, it wouldn't even reach 97%.
Just to let you know though, most hotswapped Xbox's tend to ruin your laser over time.
