I'm sorry but I really do dislike the banner. None of the colours flow and the pattern over the text looks disgusting. It looks like you just threw on as many effects as you could and left it. The 3D text doesn't look very good - you should try 2D instead - and it wasn't the best font to use. Overall, I'd rate it a 4/10 because the lighting is good and you attempted 3D work, which isn't the easiest. But you really need to work on blending the colours together and don't use as many effects; it ruins it

You need to work more on you render, that render style was popular back in 2011 and now it's just disgusting. Look up some tutorials on YouTube on plugins like Thrausi,Nitroblast and Reeper X ;)
