I am looking to build a gaming desktop, and I am trying to do it for $400-450. What is a good website to do this? Preferably one that will ship it to me already built with what I chose to have in it. On Ibuypower I built a computer for $571 and I want it, but I don't want to spend that much money. All I am going to be playing on the computer is World of Warcraft, and maybe some steam games. But I do not plan on playing on super high settings, and I will take anything that would average 40+ FPS (My current computer gets 15 on WoW on the lowest settings).

Where should I go to find a decent computer? I found one pre-built on Newegg but a lot of the reviews said it was crappy. Any reccomendations? And I am NOT buying a monitor. I am going to use my 32in tv as a monitor.
