Well you can find the latest build of XeBuild here [ Register or Signin to view external links. ]
Everything should be pretty straight forward with updating just make sure that you have the CPU key of the nand that you are updating entered in.
As far as flashing it you can put the updated image file on the root of a usb and update through Xell or you can use a homebrew app like flash360 to flash the image to the console.
If this is the first time you have updated a console before I suggest watching over a few videos to make sure that you have all your settings right and are properly building the file before flashing so that you do not mess up anything with your console
