alright just about 5 mins ago I got suspended from xbox live I wasn't doing anything wrong we where talking then all the sudden it says at the top of my screen account has signed in else where then im like wtf then I click the middle button on my controller and it says I have been suspended from xbox live till 7/3/2014 now im like f*** and I call my friend on the phone he all mad because we where in the middle of a match on cod ghost and I told him I got band now where both mad but since it said my account signed in else where I have a else some one is hacking in my account but idk im just guessing. please help me or if u know anything please help

But the first time I got band for going into lobby's second time I was just done with mods I was just mods for my friends

If you want to do mods get a RGH. why? it does not matter if you get banned all you will need to do is get a new kv. Day of XBLS is 10$ not much if you host and make your money back within ONE recovery and TWO - Three recovery's to make back our money for buying the kv. Microsoft is cracking down on people who mods/hosts and even mods on old games like CoD 4. (**Tested** out on a account that was in a R2R menu lobby and it got banned for 2 weeks after 3 days in it) only tested it was because i wanted to prove someone wrong and say you can't get banned from that game. I got proved wrong... In other words Don't mod on your "legit" or "retail" console. Don't even join a modded lobby on your "Retail" account. simple....

You are suspended not banned. Also you spell it like this "banned" or "ban" not "band". I don't know where you went to school but that's how it's spelled correctly.
