A 600W doesn't help us at all.

List the make and model then we can tell you.

Depending on the PSU itself & who made it

But a high quality one should

And do you really need that 4770k?

Why not have the 4690k?

Do yourself a favor and get yourself a

XFX 550 Pro

or

Coolermaster VS550

Both are much better.

As you downvoted Craigyy's (Now DS3 ) comment, il explain

There's more to a PSU than raw power, its how it delivers it to the other hardware.

The cx range is great for basic computers. They are not made for overclocking/gaming use.

There are so many stories of the cx range failing on people

The XFX and coolermaster units both have better capacitors in them and better components than the cx range (not including the cx750w) and for a similar price.

Its up to you, do you want your computer to live or do you want to risk other hardware going up in smoke like so many cx PSU's?

i meant to upvote ;p and this is a really dumb question but if a psu has ATX after the name, does it mean it won't work with a micro atx motherboard?

ATX is the form factor (dimensions).

The connections are all the same.
