We always talk about soldering certain consoles...lol so just to let everyone know we like to show off our work here is one i just have to show him bridging the solder points on a corona are not that easy when so small if you look in the red circle you will see. R26C and R27C done these with my $8 soldering iron from Radio shack .. HTMBACON keeps telling me to buy a hakko someday i told him

You dont "HAVE" to buy a Hakko... An XTronic works good too . I couldn't believe you use a pencil Iron!

I use a variable temperature Xytronic XY-258 with a tip set. It gets the job done well for me. Might invest in a Hakko sometime in the future though.

This shop owner is very easy to talk to, and provides great customer service. I talked to him over the phone and he was simple, straight to the point, and was all in all, friendly. I just purchased a Xenon JTag from him, and it all went well! Definitely deserves Trusted badge!
