I installed all the updates through Freestyle Dash and I launch mp and i download the 4 mb update and it comes back again too update it again. Help me please!

You could just do it manual and add the tu8 update into your cheche folder.

Your default.xex is most likely outdated just try copying the Default.xex, default_mp.xex, and code posts to your directory of MW2. Also delete all patch_mp.ff files from your MW2 directory.
