Im getting xbox one next month but i got watch dogs for the 360 yesterday. Will all my save data transfer to the xbox one?

No, game saves do not transfer from Xbox 360 to Xbox One. You will have to start all over on Watch Dogs when you play on the Xbox One.
The only exception would be Call of Duty Ghosts and Battlefield 4 where online progression is transferred between the two consoles.
