Yeah tell us what device type and the iOS version. if its 7.1 or higher there is no possibility yet.

it doent have windows or safari and i have ios 7.0 my computer when i download evasion says unnable to download try searching coogle chrome store for a simalar app

Not sure how easy this would be but you could try installing ubuntu on your chrome book, installing evasion, and then jailbreak from ubuntu.
Might be easier to just use a friends computer though.

You cant download any files on a chromebook without installing ubuntu check for a tutorial on youtube for installing ubuntu.
