I've been surfing on Google trying to find the release time for Watch Dogs digitally but I could only manage to find the physical copy release. ( Gamestop, Target, etc ).

Do any of you know the release time for Watch Dogs on the Xbox One digital store? Does it truly come out at 12? Please comment below and I'll +Rep 23 points to successful help.

12am Mountain Time. So just find outw hen that is your time. Im in Central Time so i will get it at 1am.

This. Make sure you keep restarting the store and it will pop normally 15-20 minutes after 3am est

It does work but it costs $100. Im not sure if thats on USD or not so Im going to just wait for it at midnight.

Watch Dogs won't be available digitally at launch
talked to MS support yesterday and they said something about June 27 but they're not sure because they still have to wait for Ubisoft's announcement about this

It is available at launch. Its 12:10 and Im installing it.
