So I have teeth and have been gaining them for some time, my only question is if I use them on an upgrade, Do I have that upgrade forever with unlimited usage or does it go away after one use or can only be used once per match? I would hope that it has unlimited usage. Anyone help me to answer this?(:

yes but if you are talking about the class upgrades e.g. medic, tank, engineer, specialist then when you use it you have to wait it has a cool down time and the more you upgrade the class the longer it will last

9 teeth atm. I just started playing extinction again and I'm going for the Engineer one.
